Sandra's Writing Workshop Hop |
The prompt is to write "about a possession that holds special meaning for you." The objective is to expand on descriptive writing.
You can do this too, just click on the link under the image and let your fingers do the talking!
Possession ~
The silver chain brushed her skin, sending a cascade of
gooseflesh over her shoulders as he rested it on her neck. Azure eyes played
with the strings of heart wings that fluttered in her stomach, even before he
said a word.
They were close.
"Let me breathe for you" he whispered.
Her eyes closed as a tiny, saltwater droplet slid down the
side of her face. His lips brushed hers, making her pulse quicken, then he pressed
against her firmly, sealing the space between them. When he began to breathe, it
was through her nose the air passed; her trust in him was implicit. Several
slow breaths came and went. As the light of their souls mingled, the weight of
the medallion warmed the space between her breasts.
When he pulled back to see her face, his fingers fondled the
familiar medal. It was his, and now, so was she.
I'm I'm just way to HOT reading this! I'm living vicariously! What a sensual perfect moment. though would love to know more what the medallion was about. that kind of detail would also tell us a lot about his chracter. Still. this is HOT! :)
