Heavenly Moments (100 Word Song)

Lance at the 100 Word Song Challenge asks you to write 100 words (no more, no less) in whatever genre, or fashion you are inspired to write in, using the song of the week to get you there.

This week's 100 Word Song challenge inspiration is from Patty Griffin's  "Heavenly Day"

Heavenly Moments~

Like a scene from a movie
popcorn clouds up in the sky,
slow breeze blowing over,
everything is more than just alright.
My head rests on your shoulder,
easy comes close to the sunshine in your smile,
it’s moments like this, yeah
moments like this that make it all worthwhile.

Like a Genie’s wish come true
this is a slow-going easy
You don’t have to say a word
lay here and quietly be
This day could last forever
Freedom comes in whispers, you’ll see
It’s moments like this, yeah
moments like this made just for you, and for me.
